Workplace diversity is an extremely important, but often overlooked, topic. From instituting equitable hiring practices to creating inclusive work environments, our industry is an example of a career path where there's room for improvement. How do we change our culture and encourage people from underrepresented groups to become a part of this well respected field?

Join our panelists as we discuss our lived experiences as black men in an industry where the dominant culture isn't one that looks like us. This will be an honest, open and transparent conversation that will benefit everyone. This dialogue must happen before we dive into implementation strategies so we can achieve a more just, equitable, diverse and inclusive work environment.
